The Alumni gathering at the Annual Conference of the Canadian Library
Association/Association des Bibliothèques Canadienne will be on Saturday,
May 30 at the Delta-Montreal hotel, located at 475 Avenue Du Président
Kennedy, Montréal H3A 1J7. The hotel is about 1 km from the Palais des
Congrès where the conference is being held.  Please note that this is NOT

Local arrangements alums Megan Fitzgibbons (class of 2007) and Amber Lannon
(class of 1999) have reserved an area of the hotel's Le Cordial resto-bar
for a "meet and greet" at 7 p.m.   There are tables in this area for those
who are staying or joining us for dinner from 7.30 p.m. onwards.  Dinner
is also available in the hotel's restaurant called Aroma; see  attached
menus for both.    The hotel management has assured us that
you can request substitutions or special requirements when ordering your
meal.  They will be happy to accommodate requests for vegan dishes.
Fiona Black, Louise Spiteri and Norman Horrocks are looking forward to
meeting you on May 30.  As not every alum is on this list please mention
this event to your alum friends. You don't have to be registered
for the Conference to come to the Alumni gathering.
