Hello--this is aimed primarily at Australian FAB members:

The Standing Committee of Attorneys-General today released the
discussion paper on surrogacy that was prepared by a joint
Working Group.  It is concerned mostly with parentage
arrangements, but also extends to counselling and other
health-related aspects.

The closing date for submissions is 16 April 2009.  Submissions
are to be sent to the SCAG Secretariat in New South Wales.
