Colleagues-
The Canadian Health Libraries Association is having its annual
conference in Halifax from May 26-30 this year. Even if you are not
interested in attending the conference proper, there may be a number of
Continuing Education sessions that may be of interest to non-health
library staff. The two days of CE sessions are being held on May 26 and
May 27. Locations for these sessions are noted at the URL given below.
Your may browse our CE offerings at
http://www.chla-absc.ca/2008/ce/ce.htm
There is room for more people at all sessions, although "Grey matters:
Finding Grey Literature" is close to being full.
Fees for non-CHLA members are as follows:
Full day CE - $400
Half day CE - $225
To register, please go to our online registration form at
https://www.sporg.com/pom/registration?cmd=event_info&event_id=101526
Please note that you must answer ALL the mandatory questions on this
form, including items about the reception and
banquet (to which the response required in each is "non-applicable").
We hope you will take the opportunity to attend one or more of these
high quality CE sessions.
