Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Provincial Information and Library Resources Board (PILRB) of
Newfoundland and Labrador is soliciting proposals for the operational
review of its Provincial Resource Division, which involves the three St.
John’s Public Libraries and the Provincial Resource Library all located in
St. John’s, NL. Qualified consultants who specialize in or have
experience in the operational review of public library systems are invited
to submit proposals in accordance with the detailed information
requirements and specifications outlined in the following document:

Request for Proposals for Operational Review of The Provincial Resource
Division Newfoundland and Labrador Public Libraries.

The closing date for responses is Thursday January 31, 2008 at 3:00 PM
Newfoundland Standard Time. Immediately following closure, a public
opening will occur at the address below.
