I am a librarian at a small university in Utah (USA).  I have heard that

sometimes librarians exchange positions for about about a year just to 
get a new perspective or to learn new skills.  I am interested in such 
an exchange.  Would any of your members be interested as well?  I have 
chosen to contact you as a member of APLA, as I would like to see more 
of the Maritime Provinces.  Utah has a lot to offer as well for the 
other exchangee including great skiing and several national parks in 
close proximity.  I didn't want to sign up for the listserv as most of 
the listings will not be relevant.
