In this presentation and discussion, Kay Crinean will explore ancient
wisdom and modern approaches that bring out the best, rather than the
worst, behaviour and results. Bring your questions and experience of
successful and not-so-successful negotiations to share in the
discussion. 

Kay is President of Collective Wisdom Solutions, and does consulting in
communication, multi-stakeholder collaboration and facilitation.  She
was one of the founders of NovaKnowledge, a multi-stakeholder
organization that promotes the knowledge economy in Nova Scotia, and was
its first Executive Director.
