" Web Activities to Spark Literacy and Learning in Schools"
with Carol Koechlin
________________________
Focus on the design of Web literacy and learning experiences that
support curriculum from Kindergarten to Grade 8. See outstanding Web
sites that support curriculum and provide you with ready-made Web-based
activities. Learn how to decide whether what you see is what you need.
Here are expert ways to evaluate their usefulness. You will have
opportunities to apply the elements of good design to your own
curriculum objectives as you review and evaluate these existing
Web-based activities. Our goal is to engage students in sound curriculum
activities where they build understanding while thinking critically and
creatively.
