About the presenters.....
Vicky Duncan and Angie Gerrard are the administrators for the
University of Saskatchewan Library's Virtual Reference Task Force.
Vicky is a librarian at the Health Sciences Library at the University
of Saskatchewan. She has extensive experience in hospital libraries,
primarily in her home province of Ontario.
Angie is the Off Campus Library Services Coordinator at the University
of Saskatchewan. She is also the Liaison Librarian for the university's
Department of Psychology, and its Northern Studies program.
