About the presenter.....
Jayne A. Hitchcock is an author and internationally recognized
cybercrime expert who volunteers on cases to police departments
internationally, the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of
Crime and National Center for Victims of Crime. She is president of WHOA
(Working to Halt Online Abuse) at haltabuse.org, the oldest
all-volunteer online organization that helps adult cyberstalking
victims, as well as president of WHOA-KTD (Kids/Teen Division) at
haltabusektd.org. Jayne has been on the faculty of the University of
Maryland University College since 1996 and writes for several magazines,
including Laptop, Naval History, and Link-UP. She is also on the
editorial board of the International Journal of Cyber Crimes and
Criminal Justice (IJCCCJ) at cybercrimejournal.co.nr. She has been
featured frequently in the media, including CNN, People magazine, The
Montel Williams Show, New York Times and Time magazine and was selected
by Lifetime TV as their "Champion For Change." Her latest book is Net
Crimes & Misdemeanors, 2nd Edition (netcrimes.net).
