If you are having any difficulties in submitting abstracts to the FAB 
Congress website please read on--
The OCS software is pretty basic and it can't readily cope with text 
that has been cut and paste if that text includes formatting, paragraph 
marks etc. If you have prepared your abstract as a Microsoft Word or 
other word processing document, save the text  of the abstract as rtf 
(rich text format) or text only, then remove all paragraph and line 
breaks and any other formatting. Cut and paste from your new document 
(being careful not to accidentally include the final paragraph break). 
When you've pasted the text into the abstract field, you can then put 
in the paragraph breaks into the text as needed.
Alternatively you can type the text directly into the abstract 
submission field.
My apologies for these teething problems.
