WILU 2005 is pleased to extend the registration deadline. Although

WILU is a grassroots Canadian conference for librarians to meet and
share best practices in library instruction. Librarians are committed to
helping people find, use, and think critically about information. This
conference is a forum for participants to focus on both the theory and
practice of library education, and the broader goals of information
literacy. About 140-150 academic librarians form Canada and the U.S.
will be attending. **A kaleidoscope of possibilities* *is our theme this
year. Our program includes sessions on information literacy and other
forms of literacy, including visual, media and computer literacy.

The registration fee is $290 CDN (approximately $234 USD) which includes:
