Dear FAB members,

This September many of you have received in the mail your FAB membership
renewal forms, that is, membership for year 2005, quite a bit in the future.

You've also received a ballot, which represents results of the competent
work of FAB's diligent nominating committee.

If your address changed, maybe you didn't get a form.  And/or maybe you
didn't get our most recent Newsletter (April 2004, Vol 12 #1).

Our membership records are kept by the Philosophy Documentation Center
(PDC) in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Yet changes (name, address, phone,
e-mail) sent by post or e-mail sometimes fail to get recorded.  If
you've had a flub-up, please let me know <[log in to unmask]>, as
I'm keeping a list.

If you put new data on your form, please call this to the attention of
the PDC.  Use capital letters diagonally across the page.  Or stars.  Or
arrows.  Whatever you can do to announce that you are indeed sending
them a CHANGE!

We want you in FAB, so help the PDC keep you!
