Excellent point Sue, and Ryan I apologise if anything I wrote seemed
directed personally. It is the point of view that I commented on; perhaps
some sensitivity on my part to the implication that the decision to hire an
LT devalued librarians. The intensity of this debate probably means it is
worth having.
