Conference Thank You

I wanted to take a brief moment to thank all those who participated in the
recent APLA conference in Moncton.There are many people who work together
to make such a conference a success.

THANKS to all those who prepared and presnted sessions at the conference.
There were many comments about the variety, the quality and the atmosphere
of the many sessions. So to all 53 of you, my sincere thanks.

THANKS to the exhibitors for their participation. The trade show aspect of
the conference was very well received . So to the 44 of you, my sincere
thanks

THANKS to Jeanne Maddix of Moncton Public Library, Claude Potvin of the
AWK Regional Library, Pierre La France of Universite de Moncton and Bruno
Gnassi of Mount Allison University for allowing many of their staff to
work on the conference during the last year.

THANKS to all the convenors. volunteers and helpers in many of the small
details of the conference.

THANKS to all the delegates who attended the conference. It was great to
meet so many of you and to have you with us for the Moncton conference.

THANKS to the APLA executive, particularly Laurette Mackey for all their
support and answers to questions.

and finally THANKS to my planning committee and all the members of their
committees for all their hard work and support.

It has been a great experience. All the best to the Planning Committee for
Halifax 2005
