Newman, who presented the excellent Library Advocacy session at APLA
this past weekend. At the session, Wendy showed a wonderful "HOT PICKS
@ YOUR LIBRARY" promotional calendar that was done by an Alberta library
system.
If you would like more information about the calendar, there is an
article about it in the May 26 Calgary Herald. Some of you may have
heard the interview with Pat Cavill, the developer of the calendar on
Monday's edition of "As It Happens" on CBC.
It's a great promotional idea!
