Bridging the Gap - Teaching Across Boundaries

Registration deadline for the 32nd WILU Conference has been extended to
TUESDAY, APRIL 1st.

Space is limited to 150 partipants, so register early!

The WILU Conference (Workshop on Instruction in Library Use) will run from
May 12th to 14th at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
We have a DYNAMIC programme and speakers lined up, including Dr. Clara Chu
(UCLA faculty member and winner of ALA's 2002 Equality Award) and Lisa
Hinchliffe (Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction
at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign). Choose sessions from our
four streams:

   Information Literacy Theory
   Research in Information Literacy
   Best Instructional Practices
   Teaching Workshops

Then kick up your heels at our social events. There is much to learn, see
and do in Windsor and Detroit. So, come bridge the gap with us and enhance
your ability to teach across boundaries.

Atelier annuel sur la formation documentaire (AAFD) se tiendra du 12 mai au
14 mai à l'Université de Windsor a Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Nous avons un
programme DYNAMIQUE et des conférenciers de choix, dont Dr Clara Chu
(membre du corps enseignant de UCLA et gagnante du « ALA's 2002 Equality
Award ») ainsi que Lisa Hinchliffe (coordinatrice des services de la
formation documentaire à l'Université de l'Illinois, Urbana-Champaign).

Choisissez vos sessions parmi nos quatre thèmes :

      Théorie de la formation documentaire
      Recherches dans la formation documentaire
      Les meilleures pratiques d'enseignement
      Ateliers d'enseignement

Ensuite, détendez-vous à nos événements sociaux. Il y a beaucoup à
apprendre, à voir et à faire à Windsor et Detroit. Venez donc vous
rapprocher et améliorer votre façon d'enseigner à travers les frontières.
