This is just a reminder that today and tomorrow we will be testing our
online reference service, and we invite you to meet us online for a
chat and/or demonstration of the service. Pop in any time between
9am and 5pm.

Click on Ask Your Question, and then fill in the short login form in the
right frame.
We have purchased only one seat with LSSI, which means that only
one librarian can field calls at a time. If he/she is busy with someone
else, the system should indicate so. You have a choice then of
waiting a few minutes or coming back at a later time. We hope that
you will wait the few minutes, so that we can measure patron wait
times.
We would like to have your opinions of the service, and your views
from a patron's perspective. Please send your comments to me.
