the 3 Pre-conference Workshops:

Yes, that means the deadline for registering. There is no
"early-bird" rate for the workshops.

April 20th is the deadline for receiving the early-bird
Conference Rates.

If you are booking your accommodations at the Delta, April 20th
is the deadline to qualify for the early-bird prize (a weekend for 2
at the Delta) http://www.upei.ca/~apla/accomodations.html#Delta
