Hi Pat,
Eva Kittay's "Human Dependency and Rawlsian Equality," in Diana
Tietjens
Meyers, ed., *Feminists Rethink the Self* (Boulder: Westview, 1997), takes on
the whole Theory of Justice, though not reflective equilibrium in particular.
Susan Moller Okin's *Justice, Gender, and the Family* (New York: Basic, 1989)
is another good feminist critique of Rawls, but again has little to say about
reflective equilibrium. And Iris Young, in *Justice and the Politics of
Difference* (Princeton: Princeton UP, 1990), goes after Rawls's notion of
justice as fairness, but not RE.
Helpful, huh?
