I really appreciate the e-mail in re: cloning and the U.K.  I serve on an
Institutional Review Board in Los Angeles and I see on the horizon the rapid
changes in medicine and in research.  My role is as a community member and I
am committed to community participation however issues such as this bring
home the problems of the "lay person" keeping anything like "up" with
