I have received word that the position of Head Librarian at UCCB has been
eliminated. The job will be performed by an administrator who has the
additional duties of Dean, Research and Academic Institutes. So there will
be no full-time Head Librarian at UCCB.

Has any other university or university college in the country made a
similar change in its administration of its Library?
