OUR OPPORTUNITY: You are accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Campus Library (Middleton site), under the general direction and supervision of the Regional Librarian. You will answer routine reference questions, provide assistance to users in finding items using the online catalogue or using Library resources, including the Internet. You will also provide a document delivery service, prepare orders, circulate Library materials and register patrons into Novanet.
YOUR CREDENTIALS: You possess a diploma in Library and Information Technology, along with a minimum of two years experience in providing public service in a library environment. You are proficient in Internet searching and possess a significant level of computer literacy. You thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment and possess exceptional client skills. You are a creative self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
